Shiatsu: a deeply relaxing experience through pressure applied by fingers and hands that helps alleviate pain and stress, stimulate the circulatory, lymphatic, and hormonal systems. It regulates the activity of the autonomic nervous system. Performed on a mat.
Reflexology: a popular alternative therapy that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain and stress, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing by pressure on reflex points on the foot or hand.
Sports: a fusion of massage techniques that reduces the chance of injury through proper stretching and event preparation. Improves the range of motion and muscle flexibility resulting in more power, better performance, and reduced recovery time between workouts.
